Id probably stick with my view that there isnt much to be gained by it being tighter and neater, and Id be afraid it could almost look like a sleeve that is just designed to be that length, but thanks for the illustration Because I have long arms, I roll the sleeves on my dress shirts because having them rolled up to my elbows looks far better than having them buttoned but not going past my wrist bone
