23 Goofy - Expert Shipwright Disney Cruise Promo, Value $214 The Goofy, Expect Shipwright card has a lot of value tied to its rarity, since it is a Disney Cruise promo card

Disney Lorcana - New Epic and Iconic Rarities Explained As I mentioned, Disney Lorcana has expanded its rarity system in the new Fabled set with two new tiers: Epic and Iconic

As Elaine Chase, the Chief Marketing Officer for TCGs at Ravensburger, said, "The Collection Starter Set is the perfect way for Disney-lovers to jump into and start collecting cards and showing off their favorite characters and moments from Disney classics." This set will include a collector's guide, a special card binder, four booster packs, and a promo card of "Tinker Bell - Giant Fairy"

When this card was printed Set Championships didnt have nonfoil promos for participation, so it was only available to Top Cut finishers, which translated to relatively low supply and a huge price spike
