I am a little bit surprised that it comes in at only fourth place on our aggregate list, as for me this is the best blue card in Modern right now
The card has a lot of different angles and does well with them but it is just a bit on the slow side
It makes a creatures base power/toughness 7/7, and cant be blocked by creatures with power two or less
