First time we caught hot Canadian partners in life (and music), Craig Bignell and Suzanne Levesque in action, they simply blew us away. We were already aware of Over The Moon, as our sister operation, Bloodygreatpr, worked on both of their albums, Moondancer and Chinook Waltz, each of which were well received and established them as something very cut-above.<\/p>\n
There\u2019s an inner glow that comes across both in studio and live settings \u2013 pure essence of doing it right; they radiate warmth and play and sing together so well, it\u2019s entrancing.<\/p>\n
When they toured the UK in 2022 the impact they made was exceptional.<\/p>\n

Living on a ranch in the foothills of Alberta\u2019s Rocky Mountains, it\u2019s inevitable there will be a strong sense of place \u2013 and the rhythms of the land \u2013 when you pick up an instrument and start to make music.<\/p>\n When the couple released their debut album, the resonances were there for all to hear, reflecting the pulse of life in a territory that is both dirt-hard rugged and stunningly beautiful. It was a wild ride that took in styles from 40\u2019s Western Swing and Appalachian Old-Time, to cowboy blues.<\/p>\n Authentic and sweetly melodic, all of the material they play has a common thread that speaks of the Canadian west.<\/p>\n Back home, they\u2019ve enjoyed immense success.
